Al acceder y utilizar el sitio web **datarebels.mx** (en adelante, "el Sitio") y los servicios educativos ofrecidos por **Data Experience Universo S.A. de C.V.** (en adelante, "Data Rebels"), usted acepta quedar vinculado por estos Términos de Uso. Si no está de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos términos, le pedimos que no utilice nuestros servicios.

Data Rebels es un ecosistema educativo especializado en inteligencia artificial generativa (GenAI) y análisis de datos. Ofrecemos:

  • Programas de formación para profesionales y equipos corporativos.
  • Contenido educativo en línea, incluyendo webinars, casos de estudio y recursos descargables.
  • Asesoría estratégica en adopción de GenAI para organizaciones.
  • El podcast **Beyond Data**, disponible en plataformas digitales.

    • 3. Uso Permitido

    Usted se compromete a utilizar el Sitio y los servicios únicamente para fines lícitos y de conformidad con estos Términos. Queda expresamente prohibido:

  • Reproducir, distribuir o comercializar cualquier contenido del Sitio sin autorización escrita previa de Data Rebels.
  • Utilizar el Sitio para actividades fraudulentas, ilegales o que vulneren derechos de terceros.
  • Intentar acceder sin autorización a sistemas, redes o datos de Data Rebels.
  • Transmitir virus, malware o cualquier código dañino a través del Sitio.

    Todo el contenido publicado en el Sitio, incluyendo textos, imágenes, logotipos, videos, diseños y materiales educativos, es propiedad exclusiva de Data Experience Universo S.A. de C.V. o de sus licenciantes, y está protegido por las leyes mexicanas e internacionales de propiedad intelectual. Ninguna parte de este contenido podrá ser utilizada sin autorización expresa y por escrito.

    5. Formulario de Contacto y Comunicaciones

    El Sitio cuenta con un formulario de contacto administrado por HubSpot. Al completar dicho formulario, usted autoriza a Data Rebels a contactarle para dar seguimiento a su solicitud. No realizamos ventas ni cobros directamente a través del Sitio.

    6. Exención de Responsabilidad

    Data Rebels no garantiza que el Sitio esté libre de errores, interrupciones o virus. El uso del Sitio es bajo su propio riesgo.
